Reiki Tummo workshops include all levels of traditional Usui Reiki plus additional aspects which include awakening the Spiritual Heart and the Kundalini.
The connection to the Earth and the awakening of the Kundalini provide a real boost to one’s spiritual evolution and complement the traditional forms of Reiki in which the energies flow from above.
Reiki Tummo itself is the first step of a more complete and advanced system of training called Shing Chi Master Yoga.

It would be a good place to start on looking at information.

I am so sorry for the late reply. This was set up to come to my home email when someone put in a query but I guess I’ll have to relook at that.
To complete the reiki workshops in the shortest possible time only requires three weeks if workshops are available.
Level 1 and Level 2 can be completed in one weekend, and then there is a required period of practice and selfhealing for 21 days before Level 3A is completed. After that if people want to continue on to the further spiritual development levels then it is up to them but the healing levels complete after the first three. There are two 1/2 day workshops that can be done also which are Kundalini and Meditation and they are usually offered around the same time as the other workshops.
