During March I will be holding “Introduction to your heart” talks at Haeatatanga, 243 Swanson Road, Henderson. These are one hour experiential talks that aim to introduce you to your spiritual heart or for those who already have that awareness show you how to deepen the experience.   These evenings will be held on different days throughout the month so please contact us through this site or contact me via phone 09 8380048.

We will also be holding some introductory evenings via skype so anyone interested in this please contact us.

It is so simple, no experience in meditation needed. Just relax….smile….touch your heart in the center of your chest…and smile to your heart.

• Open Heart Workshops are a series of workshops with an experienced facilitator who helps guide you to feel from your heart. They host and teach the various meditations and exercises throughout the day, answer questions and manage discussions about the heart.

When I look back…..just before the Reiki Tummo workshop surrender is…spending money on workshop fee.

Before the spiritual retreat surrender is…..channelling energy to a patient without the “urge” to heal the patient…..just let the energy flow.

Now…..after the spiritual retreat surrender is…..the mind calms down and lets the heart do and direct.

When I look ahead….. surrender is…..the mind clams down and the heart lets the Love and Light do the best.

Reiki Tummo workshops include all levels of traditional Usui Reiki plus additional aspects which include awakening the Spiritual Heart and the Kundalini.

The connection to the Earth and the awakening of the Kundalini provide a real boost to one’s spiritual evolution and complement the traditional forms of Reiki in which the energies flow from above.

Hobart, Tasmania are very excited to announce their upcoming Spiritual Retreat and also Open Heart Program Level 3 & 4, followed by 5 & 6, taught by the founder Irman Effendi, in  May this year.

www.open-your-heart.net runs chat rooms for alumni to take part in group prayer and meditation. We now have a room for the PUBLIC - “openyourheart” and our New Zealand groups host this on WEDNESDAYs at 7pm. From next week (27th February) there will also be a SATURDAY 4pm prayer.

You need to register before taking part and instructions are on the above site.
