- Open Heart Workshops are a series of workshops with an experienced facilitator who helps guide you to feel from your heart. They host and teach the various meditations and exercises throughout the day, answer questions and manage discussions about the heart.
- The workshop format is relaxed and informal with a variety of interesting exercises and short meditations from the heart with time for questions and feedback.
- This format enables you to progress quickly and gives you many opportunities to be able to feel and use your heart in a variety of different ways so that you are able to experience your heart more directly and more deeply.
