We are pleased to confirm that there will  be a full set of Open Heart (Level 1 to 4) and Reiki Tummo workshops throughout the North Island in September.

We are grateful for the opportunity to share with you these wonderful workshops.  Open Heart levels 3 & 4 are available for the first time in New Zealand.

The first workshops will be held during the first week in September in Taupo followed by Havelock North, Wairoa and then Auckland.

• Open Heart Workshops are a series of workshops with an experienced facilitator who helps guide you to feel from your heart. They host and teach the various meditations and exercises throughout the day, answer questions and manage discussions about the heart.                                                                                                  
• The workshop format is relaxed and informal with a variety of interesting exercises and short meditations from the heart with time for questions and feedback.                                       
• This format enables you to progress quickly and gives you many opportunities to be able to feel and use your heart in a variety of different ways so that you are able to experience your heart more directly and more deeply.

Hobart, Tasmania are very excited to announce their upcoming Spiritual Retreat and also Open Heart Program Level 3 & 4, followed by 5 & 6, taught by the founder Irman Effendi, in  May this year.

www.open-your-heart.net runs chat rooms for alumni to take part in group prayer and meditation. We now have a room for the PUBLIC - “openyourheart” and our New Zealand groups host this on WEDNESDAYs at 7pm. From next week (27th February) there will also be a SATURDAY 4pm prayer.

You need to register before taking part and instructions are on the above site.
