There are two venues at different locations for the workshops and retreat.
From 9 February, the first venue, for the Spiritual Retreat, will be in Te Ohanga – Student Accommodation – Albany.
Buses go from the airport to the campus. The bus takes about 2 hours to 2 hours 20 minutes for the cheapest option ($22.85 pp).
If you arrive on the morning of Saturday 10 February for the Inner Heart workshop, you may want to take a taxi or Uber as a faster option (around 40 minutes) for $70-80.
If this applies to you, please fill in the Google doc to find other hearts that may be arriving at a similar time so that you can share the ride and save on costs.
The committee will arrange for pick up from the airport a few times during the day on the 9th of February. If you are arriving 9 February at the airport, please enter your arrival date and time into the Google doc provided so that we can make sure as many hearts as possible get picked up. There is a ‘view only’ spreadsheet for you to check your friends’ or your own details right here.
Please note that if you arrive any other day apart from 9 or 10 February and are not departing on 19 February, you will need to arrange your own transport from the airport to the venue, and from the venue to the airport.
If you are driving in your own car, check this campus map for parking.
St. Heliers suburb is approximately a 35-minutes drive from Te Ohanga – Albany. The committee will arrange for a transfer a few times during the day on 14 February, for those who need help to getting to their accommodation. If our timetable doesn’t suit your timing however, you might have to arrange your own transfer.
For our elderly siblings or alumni with special needs, please email us directly at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
